¤ Is Hotel Fire Safety an approved and recognized fire safety entity?
Our Response To Fire Alarms and Fire Procedures for high-rise office buildings and high-rise hotels have been adopted by the National Fire Protection Association and most fire departments worldwide.
¤ Is this course suitable for all hotel staff?
The “Hotel Employee Fire Safety Training” course is suitable for front desk personnel, housekeeping, kitchen staff, security, doormen, custodial personnel, and the like. This course is available with the Hotel Membership and includes Certificates of Completion for your first 40 employees. Additional employee seats can be purchased at any time upon initial active Hotel Membership. The course is divided into two 25-minute modules and includes high-rise hotel building fire safety features and fire safety procedures, as well as staffing responsibilities and emergency roles.
The “Hotel Fire Safety Director Training” course is suitable for all managers, supervisors, and engineers. This course is also included FREE with the Hotel Membership with unlimited seats.
¤ How are the courses offered?
All of our courses are online and web-based. They can be accessed on any PC, Mac, smartphone, or tablet with any web browser. The course can be taken individually or as a group/classroom setting. The Group Setting can be utilized in a conference room with an internet-enabled computer and projector/TV with audio speakers for sound.
¤ What is the training certificate validation?
All hotels are required by law to ensure hotel staff has fire safety training, and should be carried out at least once per year. Our eCertification courses are valid for 1-year for each individual upon completion of the Hotel Employee Fire Safety Training course, or the Hotel Fire Safety Director Training course. Certificates are valid for your hotel location designated with your Hotel Membership. Each individual will receive a Certificate of Completion for any course taken. Certificates will include the course title, hotel’s name & address, individual’s name, date of completion and can be printed for both record keeping and/or for the individual.
